The following general admissions requirements are applicable for all applicants to be admitted into All Nations Theological Seminary.

General Requirements

  • The applicant should be a born again, committed follower of Jesus Christ.
  • Applicant should not be a new convert. Preference will be given to those who have at least one year regular church life or ministry experience after accepting Jesus Christ as his/her personal saviour.
  • The applicant should believe that the Bible is the Inspired Infallible Word of God and submit to its authority.
  • All the certificates submitted for admission should be genuine.
  • The applicant needs to pass in admission test conducted by the Seminary.

 Documents Required: Applicant should provide the following documents and letters along with the application.

  1. Xerox copies of the Educational Certificates and Mark Sheets from class 10th
  2. Medical Certificate as in the Form Appended
  3. Financial Guarantee Letter as in the Form Appended
  4. Reference forms as in the Form Appended
  5. One Page Testimony
  6. Baptism Certificate
  7. No Objection Certificate and ATA registration number in-case of transfer student.
  8. Non-Refundable Application Fee of Rs. 100/-
  9. Xerox copies of PAN Card and Aadhaar Card
  10. At the time of admission all the original documents have to be presented for official verification.

Basic Qualifications for Admission:

There are two different admission tests: entrance examination and qualifying examinations. Entrance examination is conducted for the applicants who have required qualifications and grades for the applied programme as per the Seminary requirements. Qualifying examination is conducted for the applicants who have diploma/degree that do not meet the Seminary admission requirements for the applied programme. All applicants should appear for the admission test.

Areas for Entrance Examination:

  • Scripture Knowledge: The Bible is the basis of Christian life. Applicants should write exam on Bible Knowledge to prove his or her knowledge on the content of the Biblical books, theological content of the books, memory of some scripture verses and the way the Bible can be used to improve spirituality, faith and witnessing life.
  • English: Applicants applying for any course are required to write an English test to prove their ability to read, understand and express themselves in English.
  • General Knowledge: Bible students and Christian leaders are expected to be well informed about the contemporary national and international issues. The applicants should write the General Knowledge examination in the areas of history, economics, politics, sports, culture, etc. to prove his her general knowledge.

Areas for Qualifying Examination:

  1. Biblical Studies: The applicant should exhibit good knowledge on the Biblical Studies.The basic questions will be set from both the Old Testament and the New Testament.
  2. Christian Theology: The applicant should prove that he/she has a good knowledge of Christian Theology. The questions will be set on the basic Christian doctrines and its applications
  1. Christian Ministry: Students must prove themselves competent in the areas of Christian Ministry; mainly in the areas of Biblical Interpretation, Christian Counselling, Christian Education, Church Administration, Evangelism, Church Planting and Church Growth.

Note: The expected question standard will be of the candidate’s latest educational standard.

Personal Interviews:

The candidates are interviewed by a panel consisting of Board members, Principal, Academic Dean and Faculty concerned.

Note: Application form can be obtained either from the Admission office of ANTS or it can be downloaded from the Seminary website. The filled in application should reach the Admission office of ANTS before the 15th May of each year. The academic session begins from the second week of June.
